Napoli forward Victor Osimhen was the star of the African Cup of Nations Qualifier at Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo, Akwa-Ibom between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and Sao Time & Principe as he scored a hat-trick in the encounter.
Osimhen opened the floodgate of goals in the 16th minute of the match that held on Sunday evening. Atalanta winger, Ademola Lookman scored the second goal for Nigeria in the 27th minute.
Nottingham Forest striker made it a third goal for Nigeria in the second half and 51st minute of the march.
Osimhen worsened the misery of the Sao Tome side when he scored his second goal in the 69th minute of the match after a foul committed by the visitors. Osimhen later made it a hat-trick in the 79th minute.

Substitute Samuel Chukwueze scored the 6th goal for the Super Eagles in the 84th minute of the match.
