The Presidential Election Petition Court Chairman, Justice Haruna Tsammani, in his ongoing lead judgement in the petition by the Labour Party and its candidate, says there is no evidence that President Bola Tinubu has any criminal record in the United States of America.
He maintained that Tinubu only forfeited $460,000 to the authorities in USA in a civil proceedings. He said the development was not a result of a criminal indictment of Tinubu.
He held that the Federal Bureau of Investigations in the USA had in a letter to the Nigerian Inspector General of Police, cleared Tinubu of the commission of any crime.
