LASU Students Promise To Join Sanwo-Olu’s Peace Walk

Students of the Lagos State University have assured Governor  Babajide Sawno-Olu that they will join the Walk of Peace proposed by him.

This was made known  by President of the Student Union Government, LASU, Comrade Oladipupo Uthman Badmus,  when the governor visited the school on Thursday.

Sanwo-Olu was  at the school  to  inaugurate  a new Students’ Arcade.  The governor was  welcomed by the SUG President, Speaker of the Students Union Representatives, Rt. Hon. Mustapha Adejuwon, and hundreds of students.

Sanwo-Olu  had  in statewide broadcast Lagosians specifically invited Folarin Falana (Falz), Debo Adebayo (Mr. Marcaroni), Dele Farotimi, Temitope Majekodunmi, Segun Awosanya (Segalinks), Adedotun (Just Detoun), Seun Kuti, Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu and Commander of Rapid Response Squad (RRS), CSP Yinka Egbeyemi and others to join him in the “historic march for our dear Lagos.”

But Mr. Macaroni and Falz had turned down the invitation of the governor.
