A Federal High Court, Abuja, presided over by Justice Obiora Egwuatu has on Tuesday, refused to grant former Registrar, Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), Prof. Dibu Ojerinde, bail.
Ojerinde is being prosecuted by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) for allegedly misappropriating about N900 million.

The application for bail was made orally by his counsel, P.O Olorunishola, SAN, but it was opposed by prosecuting counsel, ICPC lawyer, Ebenezer Shogunle.
