Ex-Minister of Women Affairs, Aisha Jummai Al-Hassan, popularly known as Mama Taraba is dead.
The former governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Taraba died at 61 in Cairo, Egypt.

Al-Hassan was also once a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria representing Taraba North Senatorial District.
