The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control says has approved the Pfizer-BionTech COVID-19 vaccines but for emergency use.
Making the announcement during a virtual meeting was the Director-General of the agency, Mojisola Adeyeye.

The announcement of the approval came months after the AstraZeneca vaccine was given the not for use in Nigeria.
