The traditional ruler of Umueze Nguru in the Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State, Eze Charles Iroegbu, his cabinet chiefs and palace guards who were kidnapped a few days ago, have regained their freedom.
TheseTimes had on April 5, reported that the monarch and his chiefs were kidnapped.
The monarch, who owns All States Mass Transit, and the chiefs were kidnapped on their way from the venue of a traditional wedding in Mbano.

The victims who were travelling in three vehicles were waylaid by gunmen who diverted their movement.
