An ex-aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has on his social media handles launched #FreeRCCGMembers campaign for the release of the eight members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God kidnapped in Kaduna.
Omokri wrote both on his Facebook page and Twitter handle:

The abducted RCCG members were kidnapped by bandits on their way to Kafanchan where they were going for a missionary work.
A senior pastor of the church had confirmed that the kidnappers were demanding N50million ransom.
